1.93ct Garnet, Ruby and Diamond Dancing 10K Ring

Feel like a dancing queen in this garnet, ruby birthstone ring ruby and diamond 10K filigree ring. The ornaments used to decorate snake boats during the much-anticipated annual boat races served as the inspiration for the Maharaja's dancing ring. A marquise-shaped Brazilian garnet (approx. 12x6mm, 1.44ct) is prong set in the center of the ring's scrolled, domed marquise-shaped table. A round Indian diamond is prong set at the north and south corners. What makes this ring a dancing ring is the 12 round prong-set Burmese rubies (approx. 2mm) dangling around the border. Filigree detailing defines the ring, from the heart-shaped scrolls on the table to the open gallery birthstone ring ruby and the gold work on the shoulders. An open back attracts light to the high setting, while a polished, tapered shank makes the ring comfortable to wear.
